Thoughts at the End of Life’s Journey

These are the thoughts of  Tollo Brobba.  He was a test pilot for Hitler during the war and came to America with Von Braun as a technician. He wrote the following essay that was given to his friend, Ronald Baldridge (my father-in-law).  He noted on the copy that this was a rough draft.

Samoa Diary

In 1947  Cmdr. Edward Horne was transferred to American Samoa where he became  the legal  officer for the naval base and Assistant Attorney General for the island.

With two toddlers in tow, his wife Polly,  acquired an old Underwood typewriter and using discarded menus from the officers mess for paper, wrote about her adventures.
