This journal will chronicle some of the thoughts that rise to the top of the clutter spinning  in my head.  For the first two years I also threw in entries from the journal I kept as a kid in the 60's. I've temporarily put that on hold but you can check those out by going to the "Then" link on the left side of this page.

Ideally I would like to post daily but realistically, it will probably be a weekly thing. Nothing profound, as little whining as possible and average writing at best. (On the good days) Yep, it's therapeutic and therapy can be dangerous.
